The future development of China-United States was one of the main topics of the talks between Chinese Vice Minister of Foreign Affairs Cui, and U.S. Assistant Secretary of State, James Steinberg, Thursday at Little Washington, United States, Virginia, said on Friday diplomatic sources.

The two sides reviewed the recent development of bilateral relations and agreed that a good relationship between China and the United States can only serve the fundamental interests of both countries and is conducive to peace, stability and prosperity in the Asia-Pacific and the rest of the world.
